This week’s Chef’s Specials are serving serious flavour at Club Bombala Bistro. Our talented kitchen team has crafted a delicious menu featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients that showcase the best of contemporary Australian dining.
Main Course Highlights
Start with our mussels in creamy chilli, tomato and garlic sauce served with grilled sourdough for $30 (gluten-free available). It’s a beautiful combination of fresh seafood and bold Mediterranean flavours that’s perfect for sharing or enjoying as your main.
For something different, try our Vietnamese pork mince roll with slaw, mint, cucumber and chilli aioli for $24. This dish brings fresh Asian-inspired flavours to your plate with a perfect balance of herbs, spice and crunch.
Seafood lovers will appreciate our grilled salmon and chips with salad, aioli and lemon for $32 (gluten-free available). It’s a classic combination done exceptionally well, featuring perfectly cooked salmon that’s both satisfying and light.
Our vegetarian option this week is the roasted pumpkin and pear salad with crumbed blue cheese, pine nuts and balsamic for $26 (gluten-free, vegetarian). The sweet roasted pumpkin pairs beautifully with the tangy blue cheese and the crunch of pine nuts creates wonderful texture.
Sweet Endings
Don’t forget dessert! Our sticky date pudding with butterscotch and ice-cream is just $10 – the perfect way to finish your meal with something warm and indulgent. If you prefer something lighter, our pavlova with cream, fresh berries and passionfruit is only $8 and celebrates classic Australian flavours.
