Our kitchen has been busy creating some downright delicious new Chef Specials, and they’re available now at Club Bombala. From hearty pasta dishes to fresh seafood and tender pork, there’s something to satisfy every craving on our new specials menu.
Chef’s Specials
The creamy garlic, bacon and mushroom gnocchi ($28) is an absolute standout – rich, comforting, and packed with flavour. It’s quickly becoming a favourite among our members and guests. If you’re after something lighter, the grilled salmon with chips and salad, aioli, and lemon ($32) is a perfect choice, showcasing quality seafood prepared simply and beautifully.
The Portuguese pork medallions with chips, salad, and Hollandaise ($26.50) offer a delicious twist on a classic, while the cheesy beef and bacon nachos with salsa, guacamole, and sour cream ($28) are perfect for sharing or enjoying as a satisfying meal on your own.

Don’t leave without trying one of our tempting desserts. The tiramisu cake with cream and berries ($8.50) is a lighter option, while our homemade sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce and ice cream ($10) is pure indulgence. The pavlova with cream, berries, and passionfruit ($8) is a classic Australian favourite that never disappoints.
