Upgrade to Our New Digital Member Pass

Members with digital member passes will have received a notification from Club Bombala today asking you to delete your current pass and update to the new one. We’ve made some exciting improvements to make your club experience even more convenient.

We’ve received new hardware that can tap both Android and iPhone devices, without the need to bring up a QR code. This means faster, smoother entry to the club – simply tap your phone and you’re in. It’s a significant upgrade that will save time for both members and staff.

How to Update Your Pass

The process is straightforward. Delete your current digital pass and download the new one when prompted. Once installed, you’ll be able to tap your phone on our new readers for instant access to club facilities.

If your phone still doesn’t tap on the new hardware, it may be that you don’t have NFC (Near Field Communication) enabled on your device. Check your phone settings to ensure NFC is turned on. Most modern smartphones have this feature, but it needs to be activated in your settings.

Physical Cards Still Available

Of course, this upgrade is completely optional. You can choose not to download the new digital pass and keep using your current member card. We understand that some members prefer the traditional card system, and that’s absolutely fine. Both options will continue to work perfectly at Club Bombala.
