Woolley’s Bistro at Club Bombala is seeking an experienced and reliable Senior Front of House team member to join our friendly team. This permanent part-time position offers consistent hours from Thursday to Sunday, 5:00pm to 9:00pm (Sundays finishing at 8:30pm).

If you have strong customer service skills and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We’re looking for someone who can deliver exceptional service while overseeing front of house operations in our busy bistro.

The Role

As a Senior Front of House team member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth service and a great dining experience for our guests. Your main responsibilities include operating the till and handling transactions, providing excellent front of house and table service, supervising and supporting junior staff, and liaising with chefs and kitchen staff.

Additional duties may include wait service across the main bar, bistro, and functions (including auditorium events), assisting with kitchen hand duties when required, setting up and clearing function spaces, taking phone orders and managing bookings, and handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints professionally.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with strong customer service skills and previous hospitality experience (preferred). You’ll need the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, leadership skills with a team-focused attitude, and flexibility to assist across multiple areas of the venue.
