Today’s specials at Woolleys Bistro are looking seriously good! Our Chef has prepared an outstanding selection of dishes that showcase fresh, quality ingredients and fantastic value. Whether you’re in the mood for something light and fresh or hearty and satisfying, there’s something on the board to tempt every palate.

Main Course Highlights

Start with our creamy mushroom and spinach gnocchi for $28 – a vegetarian option that’s rich, comforting and full of flavour. Seafood lovers will appreciate the grilled salmon with salad and chips, aioli, and a lemon wedge for $32, or the crumbed prawn cutlets (5) with chips, salad, tartare, and lemon for $24.

For something with a bit of spice, try our tandoori chicken pizza at $29. It features a tomato base, tandoori marinated chicken, red onion, capsicum, mushrooms, diced tomatoes, chilli flakes, and cheese with chilli aioli – a delicious fusion of flavours that’s perfect for sharing or enjoying all to yourself.
