A Warm Welcome and a Fond Farewell at Woolley’s Bistro

We have some exciting news to share from Woolley’s Bistro at Club Bombala. We are thrilled to welcome Jacinda to our team as our new Front of House. You’ll find Jacinda in the bistro Thursday to Sunday evenings, ready to assist with your selections and ensure every visit is a great one.

Jacinda is currently training alongside the wonderful Zara, soaking up all her knowledge and getting to know our regulars. We have no doubt she will settle in beautifully and become a familiar, friendly face in the bistro in no time.

Farewell and Best Wishes to Zara

At the same time, we share the bittersweet news that Zara will be moving on to new and exciting opportunities. Zara has been a valued member of the Woolley’s Bistro team for just over three years, and what a journey it has been. She joined us as a casual junior wait staff member and grew into a full-time Front of House role – a testament to her dedication, hard work, and warm personality.

We will certainly miss her cheerful presence behind the till. Zara has made a lasting impression on our team and our guests, and we are so grateful for everything she has contributed to the bistro over the years.

We wish Zara all the very best for whatever the future holds – she deserves every success.
